Golden milk for insomnia

Curcumin, the medicinal component in turmeric is linked to enhancing brains chemicals such as noradrenalin and serotonin, and increase the production of dopamine. Balanced brain chemicals mean better sleep.

The ingredients I’ve used in this recipe are also ideal for balancing hormones, which is key for great sleep.

The role turmeric and ginger play in this CBD oil golden milk recipe also help digestion, and lower inflammation which will help you sleep.
